About Us

Mr. Cameron is a successful entrepreneur and early stage Co-Founder and investor in numerous social impact companies that include OmegaPoint Partners; Waste To Energy Partners/Bolder Industries; National Solar Power Partners and Intellectual Property Ventures, LLC. Earlier in his career he was the largest investor and shareholder in Zephyrhills Water Company and was instrumental in its development and eventual sale to Perrier/Nestle. He also was the Anheuser-Busch distributor for the city of Miami and was the largest investor in Country Hearth Bread and was responsible for its national development and expansion and eventual sale to a large private equity group. Mr. Cameron also was a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). 

Mr. Cameron was born and raised in Chicago. He graduated from Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Il. He is also a graduate of Georgetown University and holds an MBA from The Wharton School. 

Mike Co-Founded the Wharton School club in Orlando and has served on the Board of Overseers of Georgetown University. 

Nikki earned both a MBA and a PhD in Environmental Management from Yale in 2018.  Her dissertation research explored the economic, policy, and environmental drivers of utility-scale renewable energy development on public lands in the western United States.  While at Yale, she was a teaching fellow for numerous courses at both SOM and FES and also worked for the Yale Office of Sustainability.  Prior to Yale, Nikki was part of the facility management team at Walmart’s corporate office and helped develop and implement a number of environmental initiatives throughout the company’s domestic portfolio.  She also has experience at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, Walt Disney Imagineering, and several planning and design firms in New York and Shanghai.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from MIT and both a Master of Urban Planning and a Master of Landscape Architecture Harvard University.  She was the 2010 Garvan Chair & Visiting Professor in Landscape Architecture at the University of Arkansas.

Christian Wood grew up in New Jersey just outside of New York City. After achieving dual degrees in both International Business and Finance from Georgetown University, Christian spent fifteen years in commercial real estate. Having always had entrepreneurial side projects in a variety of areas such as renewable energy and innovative IoT, Christian went all in and started his own investment banking firm in 2022. Through that firm, he learned of the mission of Hope and Kindness, and joined the team in 2023. When not pursuing his professional goals, he enjoys spending time with his family in the metro Washington, DC area. 

Jackson Bevers is a dedicated and innovative entrepreneur who holds an undergraduate degree and has transformed his expertise in automotive repair and restoration into a pioneering social impact platform. His Software as a Service (SaaS) solution leverages cutting-edge blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to deliver transformative transportation mobility solutions. Committed to fostering positive change, Jackson’s role as Chief Technology Officer rewards participants for acts of kindness, promoting collaboration and community engagement. Jackson combines technical proficiency, strategic vision, and a passion for social good to drive meaningful impact in the sustainable transportation sector.

Terry formed Capital Interfunding, Inc. in 1999 to act as a portal for aviation finance and leasing transactions, corporate finance deals, and project finance structured financings. All such skills were further honed during his tenure with Citibank/Citicorp, where he became head of asset-based finance for the state of Florida and later managed such Citibank relationships as Ryder System, Inc. In 2008, he formed vonJet Advisors, Inc. to act as asset manager/advisor for investors in aircraft and engine leasing transactions, as well as acting as principal in various transactions through SPVs acquiring Boeing 747s and 767s with a view to harvesting the engines which were later leased or sold to airlines. He is also a Florida-licensed Private Investigator and Investigative Agency Manager, since 2007 with his own agency, Due Diligence Reports, LLC. 

In 1969, after he was awarded an Airline Transport Pilot certificate (his FAA examiner told him that he was most likely the youngest holder), he formed a Part 135 charter operation at Opa Locka Airport. He followed that by building a small aircraft leasing company with his partner, Kentucky Fried Chicken of Florida, which he later sold after five years to Southeast Bank in Miami, then joining Southeast First Leasing as an executive. From there that he was recruited by Citicorp Leasing and later moved into Citibank itself after going through CAU (Credit Analysis Unit), where he learned his credit, legal documentation and collection skills. He is published in the American University International Law Review, Volume 13, No. 4 [Financing Sources for Trade & Investment in Latin America]. His career began in aviation, later evolved into commercial banking and investment banking, coming full circle in 1999. Since then, his career has focused on Transport-Category (airline) aircraft and engines and FAA certificated air carriers. 

For the last 10+ years, he has been an annual presenter on the aviation speaker circuit, principally with Aeropodium events. He was also the finance speaker in 2014 at the two-day, internationally attended, U.S. – Africa Aviation Summit at Miami International Airport. In 2025, he stepped down as Chief Financial Officer for World Atlantic Airlines at Miami International Airport, and is currently advising another Caribbean carrier, Seaborne Airlines, in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

 Margie Leystra, in conjunction with completing a successful career in the airline industry, has devoted over 30 years working with spirit and studying healing arts.

Her body of knowledge includes work in soul regression therapies, transpersonal hypnotherapy, spiritual mentoring and guidance, human energy field work, meditation, integration, inner parts therapy and teacher/facilitator.

Margie's approach draws from her varied background to meet the presenting need and is focused on bringing peaceful healing integration to body and soul and bringing expanded awareness to her clients.

Margie is a wife, mother and grandmother and since completing her corporate career has been able to devote herself to her healing practice. She lives and practices in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area.

Rev. Connie Tamkin is a housing justice advocate, ordained elder in the United Methodist Church (retired 2019), and founder/President of the San Gabriel Valley Community Land Trust (SGVCLT). The nonprofit, incorporated in California (2022) and federally (2023), pursues perpetual affordable housing and land justice across 31 cities in Los Angeles County.

Key accomplishments include leading the SGVCLT to establish governance boards and an Ambassador Council for grassroots organizing; hosting annual Housing Justice Symposiums (2022–2025); contributing to BestStart LA County and LA Forward’s Social Housing 101 webinar; and advocating legislatively via the CA CLT Network. She has secured land bequests and life estate agreements for future affordable housing and, after the January 2025 Eaton Fire, focused on community-led solutions—helping residents to rebuild their homes and ensure future affordability, as well as keeping land out of the hands of corporate real estate interests.

In ministry, she shepherded St. James UMC in Pasadena through a merger and campus closure for future affordable housing (2023–2024) and served in reconciling congregations, developing community gardens, youth programs, immigration support, and elderly home refurbishments.

Connie holds a Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology. She recently relocated to Edmonton, Canada, with her husband.

Tim Ritter is a successful filmmaker and film educator working in Orlando, FL. Following an award-winning, decade-long career in newspapers that culminated with frequent work for The Associated Press, Ritter taught himself filmmaking and has produced three feature films and several shorts, helped start the Fort Myers FIlm Festival (now in it's 14th year), and has spent the last few years guiding University of Central Florida's massive Film program. 

Ritter's second feature film, Testament, played in festivals around the world and has distribution across several streaming platforms, while his third, Echoes, was just completed and will be showing soon. Ritter is excited to be involved with OmegaPoint and the creating new film and TV content while developing critical new technologies for the industry.

Bruce is a healthcare technology expert with over 20 years of experience in managing intellectual property for radiology, medical device, semiconductor, and information technology at the Mayo Clinic. He has built and executed a strategic marketing plan for global engineering services sales, marketing and development of engineering services for the EMS industry while directing C-level staff for business development and inside sales activities. As a technology engineer at Honeywell, he managed technology transfer between corporate R&D and sector business unit, leading to a novel technology for thermal expansion and dimensional movement analysis in ultra-thin materials. Bruce earned his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mathematics and Statistics at Minnesota State University. 

Mary Gregor brings over three years of experience in the retail sector, distinguished by her entrepreneurial mindset and strong ability to recognize and develop commercial opportunities. A dedicated self-starter, she has achieved meaningful success both personally and professionally.
Deeply involved in the hard of hearing community, Mary is recognized for her commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and empowering others. Her work reflects a profound understanding of the human experience and a strong dedication to making a positive impact.
Outside of her professional life, Mary enjoys creative pursuits such as diamond art and is known for her signature homemade chocolate chip cookies. She resides in Sandy, Utah, where she finds peace and inspiration in long walks through nature.

Suzie Keiderling is a Caregiver and a Single Mother who has dedicated her life to the service of others. She is the Head of Practice for a world class Neurologist in Boca Raton, Florida. She loves her patients and they love her. She creates an environment in both her personal life and professional world of “a sense of belonging, “ and “being seen.”
Suzie is a self starter and entrepreneurial in nature; always coming up with ways to connect the unconnected dots. She  is a dynamic leader who always “thinks outside of the box.“ Suzie is an animal lover and adores her two dogs(Karma and Zoey) and her cat(Kiwi). She resides in Coral Springs, Florida and enjoys spending time with her Family and at the beach and gardening.
